PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment for trial shipment: Irrevocable, confirmed, non-transferable Documentary Letter of credit payable payable 100% at sight of written CIQ report at discharge port. NO 2% PERFORMANCE BOND.
Payment for the subsequent 11 months shipment after trial shipment: Revolving Irrevocable, Non-transferable DLC which shall always be activated by a 2% P.B.G.
PROCEDURES:
1. Within 5 days after signing of contract, Buyer shall open 2 DLCs:
? For trial shipment, buyer opens Irrevocable, confirmed, non-transferable Documentary Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight of written CIQ or SGS report at discharge port. NO 2% P.B.G. for trial shipment .
? For subsequent deliveries after trial shipment, buyer opens a monthly auto-revolving irrevocable, confirmed non-transferable DLC which shall always be activated by a 2% P.B.G.
? WE WILL THEN TRANSPORT THE GOODS FROM THE PLANT TO DURBAN WHICH WILL TAKE SEVEN TO SEVEN DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ABOVE INSTRUMENTS FOR THE PRINCIPAL BUYER TO COME AND INSPECT, HAVE THEM VERIFIED BY SGS AS TO QUANTITY AND QUALITY , WITNESS THE CONTAINERS BEING STUFFED,SEALED AND LOADED TO THE APPOINTED BUYERS VESSEL IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE BILL OF LADING.
A. THE ABOVE MENTIONED INSTRUMENTS IN PROCEDURE #1.1 THEN BECOME PAYABLE 100% AT SIGHT OF WRITTEN CIQ REPORT AT DISCHARGE PORT , FOR THE TRIAL SHIPMENT.
? THE ABOVE MENTIONED INSTRUMENTS IN PROCEDURE #1.2 THEN BECOME PAYABLE 100% AT SIGHT OF STANDARD DOCUMENTATION , FOR THE SUBSEQUENT MONTHLY DELIVERIES.
? AND WE DO THE WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN.
If the above terms and conditions are agreeable to you, then we would be glad to issue you with our draft sale and purchase agreement for the buyers signature and company seal, after which we shall reciprocate the same and e-mail it back to the buyer to issue to his bank and thereafter we begin the actualization of the transaction.
